Our enrollment process ensures we will take excellent care of your child and provide the best experience for you. We have locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Each state has slightly different regulations we follow. So be sure to download the correct forms as outlined below.

All locations offer Private Pay, Voucher and Food Programs. Select locations offer Transportation.

Steps to Enroll

  • 1 Call Program Director to check on availability of open spots for Childcare and Before & After School programs. (Not needed for Summer Camp.)
  • 2 Set up a tour of the facility (for Childcare programs only).
  • 3 Vouchers: require confirmation using Seven Hills Voucher Provider Form
  • 4 Private Pay:
    First week’s tuition deposit is non-refundable
    $50 registration fee, non-refundable and does not go toward tuition
  • 5 Fill out all Enrollment forms and provide center with most recent Physical and Immunization Record. Bring any necessary medication with medical paperwork.
  • 6 If your child has asthma or allergies you will need to provide medication and medical paperwork prior to beginning the program.
