Each week brings a new theme, fresh activities and plenty of “Can we do that again?!” moments.

Week 1: Welcome to Summer! (June 22–June 26)
Kick off summer with games, crafts and all the “getting-to-know-you” fun.
Week 3: Health and Fitness (July 6–July 10)
Sports, movement challenges and healthy habits, plus special visitors like Zumba, soccer and more.
Week 5: Talent Show (July 20–July 24)
Sing, dance, perform or cheer from the crowd. Friday ends with our family-friendly Talent Show.
Week 7: Carnival Week (August 3–August 7)
Bounce houses, obstacle courses, face painting, cotton candy and classic carnival fun.
Week 9: Wizard Week (August 17–August 21)
A magical week of stories, hands-on activities and a special guest that brings the wonder.
Week 2: Party in the U.S.A. (June 29–June 30)
Celebrate with red, white and blue spirit, an Independence Day parade and a family cookout vibe.
Week 4: Outer Space (July 13–July 17)
Blast off into planets, stars and imagination-powered adventures that are out of this world.
Week 6: Zoo Week (July 27–July 31)
Go wild exploring animals from around the world through games, crafts and creative challenges.
Week 8: Color War (August 10–August 14)
Team spirit, friendly competition and colorful summer traditions like our car wash and gold rush contest.
Week 10: Back to School (August 24–August 25, short week)
Celebrate friendships, wrap up the summer memories and gear up for the school year ahead.

Meals Made Easy

Here’s how food works:

  • Breakfast is included daily
  • Bring a cold lunch in a bag with an ice pack from home (note that food deliveries are not allowed, meals cannot be heated up, and Playful Minds has a NO-NUT policy)

Family-Friendly Pricing & Hours

Program Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm, $325/week

Early Arrival Hours: 6:30am–8:00am, $50/week

Extended Care Hours: 4:00pm–5:30pm, $50/week

Daily Rate: 8:00am–4:00pm, $80/day

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer summer programs for other age groups?
Summer Camp is held in Chicopee only with optional busing from State Street to Chicopee for families who need it. Early Childhood and School-Aged summer programs are available at several of our other centers.
What ages can attend?
Our Early Childhood Summer Programs welcome children ages 2.9 through 5 (and not enrolled in kindergarten).
What should my child bring?
Cold lunch in a bag with an ice pack (no nuts or nut butters, or anything that requires heating), water bottle, swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and a big summer smile. Sunglasses and/or a hat is recommended for outdoor play.
Can I choose specific weeks?
Yes! Families can register for the weeks that work best, though availability can change quickly, so register early for the best selection.
